Subtle Bodies
Feeling your subtle body is best practiced just before you go to
sleep and immediately upon waking. What a neat exercise. You don’t
even have to get out of bed to do it. When you are able to do it
with eyes open, do it as often as you remember to. Feel your whole
body while driving, talking, reading, singing, eating and at every
other time. I do not want to give away the ending, but soon a
wonderful change will come over you. It will be a delicious surprise
like a cherry in the middle of a piece of chocolate.
